DAY CAMP

Day camp consists of a daily lesson, hands on horse care as well as many horsey related games and activities. Each child is assigned a horse for the week to care for and ride. They will  learn to care for their tack, get a chance to  ride both english,  western and learn about harnessing, hooking and driving a horse.  EVERY THING WE DO IS HORSE RELATED.

Limited space (eight kids per week) Sign up now to reserve your space. Reservations include 1/2 payment at reservation, balance due first day of camp.  No refunds after 30 days before camp date.

Kids are required to bring a bagged lunch and drink. Snacks will be provided.

Kids are required to wear long pants and shoes that cover their toes. Hard hats will be provided. Shorts may be worn when not on horse back.

COME SPEND A WEEK AT THE STABLE FOR TONS OF FUN AND LEARNING ABOUT HORSE CARE AND RIDING AND  DRIVING

2008 dates

week 1 - July 15th -18th

Week 2 - August 5th - 8th

Week 3 - August 12th - 15th

Week 4 - August 18th - 21st

Week 5- August 25th - 28th

 for kids ages 7 to 15     $375. per week    

To anyone who signs up with deposit paid before 2/15/08 the total price is $350.  Half price deposit required.                                                                                               

hours - 9:00am to 3:30pm except the last day of camp each week ends after our show and the horses are put away (estimated 1:30- 2:00)

On the last day of camp each week  we will hold a horse show (games) Family and friends are welcome to attend. Camp will end after putting horses away after show.

Camp will be cancelled if there are not at least four kids signed up for that week

In the case of bad weather (rain, high winds or extreme heat)  the daily riding lesson will be replaced with a different horse related activity for that day.

2007 Camp was a complete success, every one had a great time.
