![]() Mr.Yes Sir Re
aka Thorn Thorn was a registered Appaloosa. He stood at 16.3 hands. Thorn was a truly special horse. Thorn was the horse who healed Melissas heart after she lost her beautiful mare Sassy. Thorn originally came to Brookside as training horse, and he never left. Missy fell head over heels for him. Everybody that came to the barn knew Thorn. His first summer here he spent most of his time in a stall, on stall rest due to an injury. He greeted everyone that walked by his stall that summer. Thorn was the biggest goofball ever. There are pictures of him wearing gloves and little cones on his ears. When he had the gloves on, he kind of looked like a big reindeer. One of the girls that comes to the barn often referred to him as a giraffe, he had long legs and a lengthy body. He was not the most coordinated with his long legs, so the girl thought that he kind of moved like a giraffe. Every time you looked at him you couldn't help, but smile. He was also kind of colored like a giraffe. Thorn was a totally awesome horse who is truly missed at Brookside. |
